What Our Visitors Say

As a frequent visitor with elderly relatives the quality of food is excellent and the staff are always courteous, welcoming and eager to please. There is a wide choice of foods with a daily specials board on top of the standard menue. Well worth a visit and the views from the dining are are superb.

Well, a super little place for sunday lunch. they have an excellent chef creating the most amazing cauliflower cheese ever....must nick the recipe! Having visited a few times over the summer as a great place to be fed on a sunday lunchtime my partner and me are now seriously considering taking out membership on this amazing course. not that we think we'd be any good at golf in the slightest but to take full advantage of the most amazing views and 10% discount on a fabulous sunday lunch!! A perfect place to feed your face for the week and give your views on the players teeing off.....first class!

Very picturesque course, great layout. Great countryside course and really enjoyed two rounds there over one weekend

This is a really nice course to play. Challenging for all abilities but not brutal. Well maintained fairways and greens. Nice mix of holes from long doglegs to short 3's with water/sand to contend with. Some of the views on front nine particularly are quite simply breathtaking. Pro shop is well stocked. Pro seems nice guy and knows his course well. Indoor and outdoor range, plus chipping area and good putting green too. Clubhouse nice. Changing rooms ok, bar nice and food was good.

Couse in good nick. Greens had been hollow tined which you expect March time. Did make them a little bobbly but didn't spoil the fun! Staff there were very warm and welcoming, as were the members. A lovely golf club with the best views of any course I've played.

Great course, in great condition. We come here every year and it never fails to impress. The weather was particularly good today but even in bad weather the course plays well. It's always a treat for me to be playing when there are spectacular views and this is one of those courses where you can see for miles. Even more of a treat is when you are looking at eye level with fast jets and army transport planes training in the valleys at and below your height. This is a hilly and challenging course but it is also fair and gives you a chance to redeem yourself when you go wrong. Add to that a good, friendly club house and some really goof food, when you consider it's society catering this was top notch. Overall, a must play course for any golfer passing by, and even worth a fairly major detour to play.

This course is in superb condition. The greens are the best I have played for a long time. The setting is superb with outstanding scenery. The pro is very helpful. Facilities include a driving range good practise area for chipping and bunker practice. Putting practice green is quite close to course conditions . Cradoc take a bow.
