Seniors’ Fixtures’ Secretary, Cyril Teasdale arranges home and away friendly matches with 12 Clubs in England and Wales.

Matches & Away Days

Our friendly inter-club matches are very popular and take place throughout the main season; which usually include Builth Wells, The Vale, Kington, Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Burghill, Brecon, Aberdare, Morlais Castle, Machynys, The Rolls of Monmouth, West Mons and Pontypool.

The annual Captain’s away day provides a great opportunity to have an enjoyable day’s golf (followed by a meal) at another Club within a reasonable travelling distance.

Seniors Section booking system

Cradoc Golf Club uses BRS Golf (Booking Reservation System), a division of GolfNow.

To book, either click on “Book a Tee time” on our website or download the BRS Golf app.

The Tee Sheet is available on the BRS system a week before the event on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For team competitions:

Enter your name against any Tee Time within the Seniors’ reservation; entry closes at noon 2 days before the date of the event.

The draw is made, you are advised of your tee time and playing partners by email the day before the event.

This system is also used for Match Play competitions.

Individual Stableford competitions

For Individual Stableford competitions there is no draw and you simply book the tee time with the playing partners of your choice.

Important:

For all Seniors’ events you should aim to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your tee time and avoid any crowding in and around the first tee.

You will be greeted by the Captain or the Vice-Captain who will explain that day’s format as well as any notable course conditions.
